The Ivy Legacy Foundation has proudly hosted our signature fundraiser, Philly’s Men Are Cookin’ (PMAC), for over 25 years. This beloved event showcases the culinary talents of volunteer chefs—both amateur and professional—who prepare and serve their signature dishes for guests to enjoy.
PMAC 2025 promises to be a vibrant, flavor-filled evening celebrating the rich and diverse food scene that defines our city. With an anticipated audience of up to 500 guests, this year’s theme, "A Taste of Philadelphia: Savor the City," invites you to experience Philly through every bite—highlighting local favorites, bold creativity, and the chefs who bring our neighborhoods to the table.
Proceeds from the evening support our Annual Scholarships and Mentoring Programs, empowering the next generation of leaders in our community.
